Big Baby Wins Game, Pushes Kid Over

with 2 comments

Tonight, Glen ‘Big Baby’ Davis was the unsung hero again for the Celtics. After proceeding to hit the game winner versus the Orlando Magic to tie the series 2-2, Big Baby clearly blindsides a kid wearing a white t-shirt. Here is a better look:

Poor kid did not see it coming. Not only does his team lose the game at the buzzer, but he gets pushed down so hard that his hat flies off.

Combined with the video replay and the horrendous officiating of the NBA playoffs thus far, I wouldn’t be surprised if Davis gets called into Stu Jackson’s office tomorrow morning (sarcasm).

Big Baby hasn’t been this happy since the halftime meal. Take your pick between being dubbed the next Shaq at LSU or resulted to tears from a mouthful from KG, Davis has come a long way. He is no longer a one dimensional low post player, but has shown this playoffs that he can knock down the mid range shots in the clutch.

  1. BS. Those are court side SEATS. The kid was STANDING right next to the line. If you stand where plays happen you put yourself and the players in danger.
God knows that even sitting in those seats is sometimes taking your life in your hands.
All that happened was that BBD nearly ran into a ref in his excitement and then this kid, knocking the kid’s hat off. He did not push the kid DOWN as you claim. I bet the kid has the vid up on his facebook page already.

    • relax dude, i didn’t mean for this piece to be taken seriously.. i simply just wanted to bring attention to a funny situation.
and he does get pushed in downward, which causes his hat to fly off.
if i was the kid, i would have it on my facebook too.
